A new Kroger shopping center broke ground recently on Pearland Parkway. The existing Kroger on F.M. 518 will relocate to this location when it is completed. We worked on this transaction for over 2.5 years. A commercial project like this took multiple brokers, lawyers, and developers to get this deal closed. It takes a large effort from all parties to get approval on a development of this magnitude. It might give HEB down the road some competition, unless you're a loyal HEB customer.
